Hi Everyone!
Nothing, NOTHING, compares to a
MAGICAL, BEAUTIFUL BLUEBELL WOOD.
Mr Sft cancelled his plans this evening.
He saw it was going to be a lovely sunny evening.
So he picked me up from school, armed with a picnic and our new camera, he took me here:
I'm a lucky girl :)

Oh I love the lady bird one! I'm hoping the bluebells decide to stick around a little longer. My family and I are going to our favourite gardens on the 19th (my mummy's birthday), and they have such lovely bluebells. The rhododendrons are the main stars though - absolutely stunning in May! (Although I admire the true British-ness of bluebells more than imported rhodos!)
ReplyDeleteWhat a magical moment - it looks absolutely lovely xx
ReplyDeleteWOW! That is super pretty. I've been seeing them everywhere on my travels.
ReplyDeleteYeah, you got there! I can smell the scent of those bells from here. Lucky you.
ReplyDeleteLove from Mum
xx
How pretty - and romantic!
ReplyDeleteLucky girl
ReplyDeleteCatching up and look what I missed until now......my favorite place to be a bluebell wood! Lovely pics and lovely memories of my childhood.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your new camera - which one did you get? I'm taking a new one on the next trip too as I require something faster.......an SLR so going through a big learning curve. I'm planning a nature trail walk with my granddaughter this week and we'll take our cameras - she's really good with the SLR (youth and technology mix so well!) so will hopefully assist me!
Happy weekend dear.
Mary
Want to swap hubbies for a while. I'm jealous, can't you tell? Beautiful way to spend some time together. Mine hasn't got a streak of romance in him. Sue
